Ashtanaga Vinyasa Half Primary Series Classes
Ashatnga Vinyasa Half Primary Series is a 90 min guided class focused on the breath, where you will practice Sun Salutations, standing, seated, twisting and finishing postures ending with Shavasana (Corpse - final resting pose). You will be following the Tristana method of practice as well as learning to transition forwards and back between the seated postures.
If you are not familiar with Ashatnga practice, have limited yoga experience or a new student, please commit yourself to at least 5 private sessions before joining group classes.

Private Sessions
Private Yoga Sessions are a great way to start learning Ashtanga yoga and get all of the individual attention that you need for your progress towards the Group Classes or take your practice to the next level. You might be a beginner with many questions and want to get the basics right, a seasoned practitioner looking to refine your practice, or just someone who wants individual experience. Private Yoga session offers you a means to deal with specific personal needs, questions or injuries. If you have never done yoga and want to join a group class, please commit yourself to 5 consecutive private lessons.
